Take your team to their highest, best level.

Can your team be more productive, collaborative and happy? Are interpersonal issues and silos getting in the way of accomplishing your goals and becoming a thriving organization? Do you feel like your team already functions well, but is capable of so much more?

If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, then consider offering a team building workshop. Team building workshops typically last from four hours to two full days, are customized to your team’s particular needs, and are based on Patrick Lencioni’s “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”, leadership fable and New York Times best seller.

Your team will begin by taking the “Five Dysfunctions Team Assessment” so that we can zero in on the areas of most urgency with customized exercises and other activities. The goal is to take a giant step towards building a high performing team. Expected outcomes include:

  • Greater trust, empathy and understanding in day-to-day interactions with each other.
  • Formalized agreements for team behavior related to conflict resolution, meetings, planning and goal setting.
  • Building the foundation of a work environment that embraces communication, accountability and collective attention to results.

“Over the course of my career I’ve worked with many team building facilitators, and, as far as I’m concerned, Joanne is the gold standard. She is genuinely sincere and is able to quickly create an environment where people feel safe opening up. Joanne customized a two-day Five Dysfunctions-based off-site for our senior management team. The process was enlightening and the result was a significant improvement in our ability to communicate with each other.  Our improved collaboration skills have had a noticeable impact, increasing our employee engagement scores by over 40%. Our team is working together more effectively too, leading to a 30% increase in productivity.”
