Is there something important that you need to say to a friend? This five week study group is based on readings from Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When the Stakes are High. Gain tools to instantly uplift and focus your crucial conversations and improve the quality of your dialogue to achieve better outcomes. Through weekly discussions, TED Talks and practicing new communication skills, you’ll transform your frustration and hurt feelings into powerful dialogue that can build stronger relationships.
